Shipping costs

We ship orders via parcel post. Shipping costs are:

• Belgium: 7,30 EUR

• Europe: 11,75 EUR

Sportclubs

By mutual agreement, the package can be delivered to a specific location and desired time with our own in-house shipping service.

Return

If you want to return something, you do so at your own expense to Vibar bv, Bart Marstboom, Cogelsplein 38, 2100 Deurne, within 14 days. This is regulated by law. Ju-Promo/Vibar bv will refund the purchase price if the products are unworn and in perfect condition. There is one exception to the 14-day return rule, which is also provided for by law: it does not apply to items that have been specially made or printed. 

Should there be an error in a garment, such as a loose seam or a reversed printed logo, we will of course replace it at our expense. Although the chances are small that we would not have seen it, because every order goes through our hands before shipping.
