We do our very best to make everything run as smoothly as possible and make every effort so that the conditions below can remain unused. After all, the customer is king or queen. Anyway, should you ever need or like to read them: you will find them below.
These general terms and conditions apply to any purchase-sale agreement concluded by a visitor to the web store JU-Promo, hereinafter referred to as `customer`, with Vibar BV, Cogelsplein 38, 2100 Deurne, with company number BE0848568569. These general terms and conditions always take precedence over any other terms and conditions of the customer. Additional terms and conditions of the customer are excluded, unless we have accepted them in advance, in writing, and expressly.
Order
An agreement is validly established when the order is sent electronically by clicking on the order button, or by sending an email with the order. Should we ever make a clear mistake in terms of price (for example offering a T-shirt for only 0.49 instead of 49 euros), Vibar BV reserves the right not to deliver the product and the amount will be refunded. We will inform you as soon as possible. But of course, we do our best to check everything as well as possible.
Liability
We do our best to provide the best possible products and display the information as accurately as possible, but cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a purchase or errors in the information. Also, the products are never manufactured by ourselves, the liability lies elsewhere.
Renunciation Law
Based on the Trade Practices Act, consumers have a right of renunciation: you may return products within 14 days of purchase. The customer does this at his expense. Upon receipt of the goods, Vibar BV will refund them, as long as they are unused and still in perfect condition. Only for the legally defined exceptions - such as customized or specially printed products for the customer - this right of renunciation does not apply. To revoke the purchase, you can use the government's model form: https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Ventes/Forms/formulier-voor-herroeping.pdf or send all necessary details yourself. When doing so, please clearly state your personal and bank details, and enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice, so that we can quickly look up and refund your purchase.
Payment
You always pay electronically with a bank or credit card, at the time of agreeing. Sports clubs with an agreement with Vibar BV can pay 14 days after delivery by bank transfer.
Execution
The execution of the contract normally takes place as soon as possible after payment by bank and credit card. A delay does not entitle to compensation.
Disputes
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by Belgian law and the court of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.
Binding
With each electronic order of products, the customer expressly declares his acceptance of these terms and conditions by checking the Agree button. An electronic order without this declaration of agreement is, barring fraud, technically impossible so that these terms and conditions are always binding on the customer.
