The adidas Maize Bag, with its special shape, is ideal for training combinations such as upward hooks, clinch, punch, kick, and knee techniques. These techniques can be optimally trained thanks to the shape of this Maize Bag. The punching bag is made of PU3G synthetic leather, which is just as smooth and durable and looks just like real leather. It comes with a metal chain and can be easily attached to the metal eyes. This Maize Bag is filled with small pieces of textile for optimal cushioning and is a scanned bag - checked for metal objects for safety.
