The Ju-Sports throwing dummy is the optimal training device for many martial arts styles. Suitable for both judo, ju-jutsu, as well as grappling and MMA. Whether it's about throwing from a standing position or using it as a grappling dummy on the ground – the application possibilities are versatile. Anatomical features such as legs and arms enable a large number of realistic exercises. The dummy is made of high-quality synthetic leather and all seams are double-stitched. The seams at the stress points are even reinforced extra. The arms are also reinforced. Only at Ju-Sports is the dummy available in 5 different sizes: Kids/Junior 15 (100 cm) and 25 kg (120 cm). Adult 30 kg (163 cm) – 45 kg (173 cm) 60 kg (183 cm). The weight may vary somewhat and is an estimate.
