The innovation of the Instant Custom Fit lies in the unique method of adjustment, which ensures that the fit and comfort of the mouthguard come so close to that of a Custom Fit mouthguard, meaning a mouthguard that a dentist customizes for you, that you will hardly notice the difference. The two included clips are placed around the mouthguard during fitting. You then bite into the mouthguard with the teeth of your upper jaw after heating it in the water bath, and at the bottom, you bite into the white clip. This way, there are no damages to the mouthguard at the bottom that could later bother you. Furthermore, the interlocking of the white brace fits around that of the black brace, where your mouthguard is located. These interlocks, in turn, fit very tightly around the mouthguard and are narrowed by your biting movement around the mouthguard. As a result, the PowerFit snugly conforms to your teeth and fits like a glove.

Our patented dual compression cage utilizes Hyperflex technology and harnesses the power of the jaw to create a perfect mouth model. This simple, quick fitting process creates a custom mouthguard at a dentist-level with unparalleled retention, comfortably resting on the teeth and offering the same precision as a dental thermoforming machine.

Here, Opro's patented, unique lamella technology is in use. At Opro, there is no gel inside the mouthguard shell, but rather raised fins. These fins are then distributed by the teeth in hot water during fitting and wrap around the dental arch to ensure maximum protection. This prevents excess gel, which usually escapes sideways in commercial mouthguards, from disturbing the fit and comfort.

The innovative stretch zones (three small notches distributed along the edge of the mouthguard) also ensure that the shell can expand for a wide set of teeth and contract for a narrow set of teeth. Thus, the perfect dental protection will be achieved for everyone.
